My opinion on technology in general is that I think that it is reliable, fantastic, entertaining, and a time-consumer. Even though technology is great and all, it takes time out of your life. Not many people go and play outside without 3DS' or complaining that its boring. While most technology is fun and you can play lots of games with your family and friends and you can socialize with people you haven't seen in a while, a lot of people get way to attached to it.
             My advice is that it is fine to play video games every now and then and its awesome to talk to friends on Facebook and Twitter, just go outside once in a while, have fun in the sun! Go play REAL bowling and basketball and play twister and all those old games that made you laugh a lot when you were little. Get away from technology for a while.  Go camping with family, go to the beach, go on a road-trip, etc. After a few days, or hours, you can go back to your electronics.
